Almost impossible (Score: 1)

It feels impossible to hit the target when the speed of the spacecraft is faster than a bullet, and to do that at the first try (a second chance seems very unlikely at such speeds). But then again NASA has done almost impossible feats, such as the sky crane which landed Curiosity on Mars.

This is new technology, or at least new application of existing technology. It is good that this obstacle was found now, and not, say, in the middle of the Atlantic.

The devil is in the details. There is no such as thing as typical hotel customers. 9 out of 10 are special cases for one or another reason. And AIs (robots) are not even close in handling special cases.

Anyway the trend of robots taking the jobs of humans has begun. I wonder if the society will proceed like in the novels of Asimov, and robots become illegal (for non-dangerous jobs).
